The Process begins with an inspection request from the customer Inspection Request Form , CCServices will visit the vessel and discuss with the client their requirements. An initial inspection will be carried out on board the vessel and an Initial Inspection Report  compiled and submitted. The Initial Inspection Report will give details of the problem areas onboard and proposed remedial actions with regards to surface preparation and products required.

The Initial Inspection Report will be presented to the customer and agreement reached on how best to tackle the corrosion problems identified, if at this stage the decision by the customer is to purchase product only, CCServices will submit a detailed costing and all technical data for the required products.

If a decision is taken at this stage to go down the total project management route a further report will be submitted which will detail full product, preparation and application specifications and costings.
